Be sure to try everything the moment your order arrives. On the off chance you're not totally satisfied with your rental or it doesn't fit right, we'll do everything in our power to get a replacement style to you in time for your event when possible.
No need to clean your items on your own -- we take care of that for you! We give the dresses the love and cleaning care they need to make sure that all of our pieces stay in excellent condition.
Yes, we deliver! Currently, shipping is free within the Tel Aviv area and a shipping charge will be added to your order if you live outside of Tel Aviv. Currently we only deliver to the central areas around Tel Aviv (Mercaz)

Sadly, its time for you to say goodbye to your dress, we know it's hard but we're here to make it easier.
Simply hang up your rentals in the eco-friendly garment bag you received and have it ready for pickup at the end of your rental period. You will be contacted for pickup times to make this process seamless.
Unfortunately, no. In our effort to stay green and keep true to our aim, our Tenley garment bags are all thoroughly cleaned and recycled. Please have your dress ready for pickup in the hanger and garment bag provided by us.
We do not allow anyalterations to the dress. Of course, feel free to use fashion tape to temporarily tailor your look to best fit you. Please remember to remove any tape before sending your rental back.

Changed your mind? Something came up? No worries, we're on it. Please reach out to our support team at contact@tenleyshop.com to cancel your order. Make sure to provide your name, order number, and the item you want to cancel in your email. A few things:
Any order that is cancelled more than 48 hours before the start of your rental will be refunded in full.
If you contact us to cancel your order less than 48 before your rental date/after the dress is already on its way, you will receive a refund but will be charged NIS 30 to cover handling, packaging, and shipping costs.
We understand that sometimes things happen. If anything occurred to your dress (rip/stain/button) while you were wearing it please contact our team at 058-629-4425 or contact@tenleyshop.com as soon as possible.
If the damage to your dress was substantial and it is no longer wearable or needs to be fixed, we will have to charge you for the repairs or replacement.
If the size you need for a dress does not show in the drop down menu, it could be that somebody has already reserved that size for your specific dates or we simply do not have that item in stock.
